- Co-creating and implementing music curricula with the Principal Teacher.
- Documenting and assessing student progress, offering actionable feedback.
- Guiding students through music examination preparation and handling associated paperwork.
- Providing expert advice on educational issues, promoting student success.
- Protecting and promoting the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of students, including fulfilling the Home Room Tutor role.
- Maintaining teaching expertise through continuous professional development.
- Contributing to the school's strategic plans, achievement goals, and individual reviews.
