Make a Difference in the Lives of Children with SEND

We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team of SEND teaching assistants across primary schools, secondary schools, SEND schools, and pupil referral units in Haringey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEND needs, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities, collaborating with teaching staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
