• Provide administrative support to the Repairs and Maintenance team, ensuring efficient communication and data management.
• Handle inbound enquiries and respond to tenant queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement data solutions.
• Implement data into software systems, such as Excel, to support business operations.
