About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and vendor/contractor management.
  • Lead a team of project engineers and internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Deliver projects through to completion on time and within budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet quality expectations.
  • Identify, reduce, and manage all risks associated with each project.
  • Manage communication with key personnel, including project stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Provide leadership and on-the-ground project management, supporting and coaching project activity to operations teams.

Your Background

We are looking for an Engineering graduate with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering projects to completion on time, in budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Experience in Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
