Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at the Infantry Officers Mess in Warminster. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary services to our armed forces personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the running of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Work in collaboration with the FOH team to drive service excellence and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare and present food to the highest standard, adhering to EHO guidelines and systems.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to work with menu production systems.
  • Experience with bulk cooking and menu development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
