Manpower UK Ltd is partnering with a large public sector client to source On-Call Gritter Drivers for winter road maintenance duties. The successful candidates will be based at the Antrim depot and will work on a rotational on-call basis, covering gritting duties between October and April. Key responsibilities include:

* Gritting roads during ice and snow conditions
* Adhering to health and safety regulations
* Driving vehicles safely and following a route map to ensure thorough coverage

Working hours will be on an on-call basis, including weekends, with a rest week every third week. Essential criteria include a Class C Licence, CPC Card, and availability to work at short notice on a 24/7 basis. Desirable criteria include previous gritting experience and skills in Gritter Driving, Class C Driving, and HGV 2 Driving.
