Parking Enforcement Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parking Enforcement Supervisor to join our team at the Royal Borough of Greenwich. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our parking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of parking enforcement officers in their duties, managing team performance and delivering training where necessary.
  • Plan work schedules, ensure adequate cover, monitor beats, and undertake a range of office duties, to include effective record keeping, complaint resolution, and conducting team briefings.
  • Implement high-profile schemes and maintain a strong grip on the delivery of key projects.
  • Work closely with the Principal Parking Enforcement Officer to develop and implement strategies to improve parking enforcement services.
Requirements:
  • Strong and motivated supervisor with previous experience in a parking enforcement or related field.
  • Excellent communicator and team player with a good understanding of parking enforcement legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to plan and manage work schedules, monitor performance, and deliver training.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
