LP Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled LP Engineer to join our team at ICM Group. As an LP Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing crude allocation and operations of global manufacturing facilities to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain rigorous simulation models to optimize refinery processing units.
2. Collaborate with process engineers to ensure accurate simulation output and debottleneck constraints.
3. Perform back-casting and issue monthly reports on simulation gaps and required mitigations.
4. Support stakeholders in creating new models to evaluate new projects for the Downstream business.
5. Develop integration between rigorous simulation models and ASPEN PIMS.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field; MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
2. Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in consulting and/or refinery industries.
3. Expertise in developing rigorous simulation to extract shift vector and process objectives.
4. Experience in developing integration between rigorous simulation models and ASPEN PIMS.
5. Strong knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, and calculation methods.
