At Royal Mail Group, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. This exciting opportunity will see you delivering mail and packages to customers across the region, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes working three in four Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis. You will be required to work at Kettering Delivery Office (NN17 5ZZ) on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers across the region
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
