Production Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Bread site in Aston. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting planned and predictive maintenance of processing and packaging assets, responding to breakdowns, and identifying faults. You will also lead or support operational teams with machinery change overs and set ups, manufacture and repair component parts for machinery, and contribute to continuous improvement projects to optimise assets or processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct planned and predictive maintenance of processing and packaging assets
* Respond to breakdowns
* Identify faults (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, automation, and pneumatics) and action as required
* Lead or support operational teams with machinery change overs and set ups
* Manufacture and repair component parts for machinery
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects to optimise assets or processes
Requirements
* Time served apprenticeship or equivalent
* Recognised Engineering qualification
* Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
* Flexible working attitude
* Competent electrical / fault finding & analysis skills
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
* Methodical & strong attention to detail
