**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced bench joiner to join our client's warehouse team. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Work to production schedules to meet deadlines
• Interpret technical plans and diagrams to ensure accurate work
• Estimate materials needed and produce cutting lists to optimize efficiency
• Select suitable wood for projects
• Measure and mark timber accurately
• Cut timber to required dimensions using various tools
• Program computerized cutting equipment to streamline processes
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to minimize waste
• Arrange and organize furniture to meet customer needs
• Discover the best joining method for each application
• Provide accurate cutting lists to ensure smooth project execution

**Requirements:**

• Experience as a bench joiner or carpenter
• Strong understanding of technical plans and diagrams
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
