Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Leisure Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Rossmore Leisure in Poole. The successful candidate will have operational responsibility for the day-to-day management of the leisure facility, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time role requiring shift work, including evenings and weekends, to cover all operational hours of the facility. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to join our team of Duty Officers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of fitness facilities.
  • Ensure facilities are clean and meet health and safety standards.
  • Provide staff supervision and promote a positive working environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the designated leisure facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in the leisure industry, ideally in a similar capacity, with a good understanding of the challenges and requirements of managing a busy and dynamic leisure facility.

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
