We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthoptist Specialist to join our team at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. As an Orthoptist Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of eye conditions.
• Work collaboratively with our ophthalmology team to provide specialist care for patients with complex eye conditions.
• Develop and deliver educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to the development of our orthoptic service, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
