As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure consistent development of S&OP Gold Standard across accountable business units (ABUs), while ABUs are accountable to run the S&OP Gold Standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides support for a consistent development of S&OP Gold Standard across ABUs, while ABUs are accountable to run the S&OP Gold Standard
  • Aims to consolidate S&OP Gold Standard process at IFP Segment level
  • Covers new systems (e.g. Kinaxis) and preparation for S&OP cycle through SME's expertise on all Planning topics and reporting (e.g. FTS & SLOB reporting)
  • Key conduit/connection to the Global ESC Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field
  • Extensive experience in Planning/Logistics within the CPG industry, with a proven track record of driving process improvements
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and ABUs globally
