Job Title: Director of Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance to join our team at GRIDSERVE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and quality across all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective health, safety, and quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Provide strategic direction and guidance to the HSQE team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate risks associated with our business operations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
* Ensure that all employees are aware of their health, safety, and quality responsibilities and are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a senior health, safety, and quality role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
