Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage The Hope Unit, a 12-bedded CAMHS General Adolescent Unit located at Pennine House on the Fairfield General Hospital Site.

  • This permanent position requires strong clinical leadership and management skills to deliver high-quality care to service users.
About the Role

The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the inpatient nursing team and be responsible for the management and coordination of the ward.

  1. Service User Experience: leading the multidisciplinary team to ensure responsiveness to service user needs.
  2. Local Governance Processes: auditing and evaluating services, monitoring standards, and taking action when required.

The salary for this role is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience at Band 6 or above.
  • Experience of supervising and professionally developing junior staff.
  • A strong understanding of high-level policies, procedures, and guidelines.
