Job Overview
N Brown Group is seeking a highly experienced Finance Systems Lead to join our team in Manchester. This role involves leading the development and maintenance of our financial systems, ensuring seamless operations, and driving business growth.

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of our financial systems, including report writing, data analysis, and interface management. Your expertise in Oracle FusionFinancials will be crucial in achieving our goals.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 24 days holiday, annual bonus scheme, and enhanced maternity leave. Our hybrid working policy allows for flexibility, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
- Provide report writing support using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Ensure inbound and outbound interfaces are monitored and errors addressed
- Develop new ways of working and business process changes to fulfill the department's aim of continuous business improvement
- Help develop new interfaces to improve efficiency
- Provide first-line system support and training to ensure all systems are utilized to their maximum potential
- Manage system configuration to optimize business processes
