Job Title: Traffic Marshall

Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking a reliable Traffic Marshall to join a civil engineering project in Bedford. The role involves managing deliveries to the site, coordinating with the team, and assisting with general labouring duties when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage site deliveries, ensuring they are conducted safely and efficiently
  • Act as the main point of contact for drivers, directing them to the appropriate locations on-site
  • Assist the site team with general tasks, including labouring and helping on the ground when necessary
  • Ensure site safety is maintained at all times, adhering to company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with the team and ensure smooth operations around site access
Requirements:
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Traffic Marshall certification
  • Good command of English for communication and site coordination
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Willingness to help with labouring tasks when not actively marshalling traffic
  • Strong awareness of site safety protocols
