At Home Instead, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, providing personalized care and assistance with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging social interaction and engagement.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively and maintain accurate records.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.15.
- Minimum 1-hour calls with client matching for continuity.
- Schedule availability: 5pm to 10:30pm, weekends all-day.
