Job SummaryThe Senior MEP Digital Engineering Lead will be responsible for producing drawings for installation and manufacture, as well as providing support to the Lead Digital Engineer in delivering MEP Digital Engineering objectives across bids and live projects. This role requires a strong understanding of digital engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Produce 3D models and drawings for installation, offsite manufacture, and record purposes for mechanical, public health, electrical, and building services.
- Collaborate with the Lead Digital Engineer to develop and implement project standards and ensure that all digital engineering deliverables meet the required quality and timeliness standards.
- Mentor and coach less senior digital engineering staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development of bid and proposal documents, including creating technical proposals and presentations.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital engineering best practices across the organization.
- Provide input on digital engineering processes and procedures to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience working with digital engineering tools and software, such as Revit and Navisworks.
- A solid understanding of digital engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- An understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your career within our organization.
