A leading regional civil contractor is seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to enhance their team working on multi-discipline civil highway infrastructure projects across the southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the design of projects from inception to completion, including structures assessments, site investigations, and planning;
  • Utilize knowledge of general civil engineering principles;

As a Civil Design Engineer, you will:

  • Work safely and eliminate hazards at source;
  • Provide deliverables that meet safety and quality requirements;
  • Ensure project changes are implemented and recorded;

Requirements:

Personal Qualities and Experience:

  • Hold a recognized degree or HNC in Civil Engineering;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design and/or construction, with emphasis on railway structure design and maintenance;
  • Awareness of construction methods and materials;
  • Knowledge of Engineering Drawing Practices;
