We are seeking an undergraduate data analyst to join our team and support in delivering essential insights to inform critical business decisions.

As a data analyst, you will analyze internal and external data, support with forecasting, and put together reports to inform business decisions.

You will also be involved in project work and offer team support.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000, a new car every six months, and a range of benefits including 27 days' holiday, a discretionary bonus, and a pension scheme.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent analytical skills, a logical and methodical approach, and good attention to detail.

You will also need to have good people skills and be able to interact with stakeholders around the business.

We are looking for a candidate who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2025.

You should be on a sandwich degree or course which offers a one-year industrial placement.

We require our undergraduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office.

Assessment Process

Our assessment process includes numerical and situational judgement assessments, an online video interview, and a face-to-face assessment centre.

At the assessment centre, you will take part in a range of activities based on real-life tasks and meet some of our managers and the existing student placement cohort.

This process is designed to help us both work out if a placement here is the right step for you.
