Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square seeks a Head Bartender to lead the bar team in the Rotunda Bar & Lounge.

About the Rotunda Bar & Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square:

Located at the heart of the hotel, the Rotunda Lounge is a stylish and elegant space beneath a breathtaking domed ceiling.

Perfect for after-work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo, or a nightcap, the Bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics, and rare vintage spirits, along with delicious bar snacks to share.

The Head Bartender Role:

The Head Bartender will provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits, ensuring the quality of all food and beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to providing an attentive and distinctive experience while adhering to local laws relating to alcohol service and consumption. We're looking for a candidate who will collaborate on crafting the beverage offering, possess an eye for financial acumen, and experience with beverage stock control.

The position of Head Bartender is a supervisory role responsible for overseeing the bar program in the Rotunda Bar & Lounge.
