Reporting Line: Executive Chef
Salary: £44,610 (inclusive of service charge)
Job Purpose:
To contribute to the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
2. Manage a section of the kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
3. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts.
4. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and food safety standards.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
