Job Title: HR and Payroll Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll officer to join our team at Start People Ltd in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with payroll experience of around 100 colleagues and good HR understanding, preferably with a CIPD level 3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll for approximately 100 colleagues
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as CIPD level 3
  • Proven experience in payroll and HR administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
