Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team in Paediatric Neurosciences at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in medical, surgical, and high dependency paediatric neuroscience nursing in a world-renowned hospital.
The Neurosciences team at GOSH is committed to providing exceptional care to children with complex neurological conditions. We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to ongoing professional development.
Main Duties of the Job- Provide high-quality patient care to children with complex neurological conditions
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the development of the team's knowledge and skills through participation in education and training
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have:
- NMC Child Registered Nurse qualification
- Relevant nursing experience in paediatric neurosciences or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and prioritise patient care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement
