The Role: Business Development Manager

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities and promote and sell our products and services. This role requires you to demonstrate and undertake lead generation activities, develop new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts, and work closely with clients to establish and develop relationships.

You'll also serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams, liaising with operations and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, you'll report and forecast regional sales pipeline/achievements to the Head of Direct Sales.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrable experience in a similar position, B2B sales experience, and a proven track record generating new business in selling managed print solutions, document management, or printing equipment. You'll also need to have an understanding of how software and hardware work together to offer tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.

A minimum 2-3 years' experience in new business development is required, along with high confidence in presenting to customers and colleagues. You'll also need to be comfortable working with our professional services, operations, and finance teams to lead with innovative solutions and influence at all levels.

What We Offer

We're offering a competitive salary between £35,000 - £45,000 and OTE earnings of over £80k, plus a company car/car allowance, contributory pension scheme, 33 days annual leave, and an excellent benefits package.
