As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our pool and gym facilities, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Support with the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, including pool maintenance and equipment management
• Provide outstanding customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and exceeding their expectations
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the leisure club area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
