Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that delivers our tenancy sustainment/rent arrears and allocations service and supports the wider delivery of our core housing services
  • Achieve high levels of tenant satisfaction and tenancy sustainment
  • Contribute to the achievement of our housing targets and objectives across all service standards and performance indicators
  • Play a key part in taking forward our services and delivering a community focused housing service that puts the tenants at heart of what we do

About You:

  • Excellent communication and mediation skills are essential
  • An ability to solve problems is also important
  • You must be able to organise your own workload
  • You need experience in housing management or a customer focussed service
  • You must have an understanding of landlord and tenant obligations
  • You will have a clear customer focus and a flexible approach
  • You will have good people skills with a passion for making a difference
