About the Role

Fame Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Coordinator to join a high-end estate agency in North West London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the sales and lettings process for a portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales and lettings process for a high-end portfolio of residential properties
  • Update property details and upload photos to various property portals
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and sales memorandums for various platforms
  • Renew and create new tenancy agreements
  • Manage keys for properties
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, vendors, and buyers on a regular basis
  • Arrange inventories, check-in, and check-out reports
  • Liaise with contractors regarding property refurbishments and repairs
  • Arrange relevant Gas, EPC certificates
  • Register and deregister deposits on Tenancy Deposit Schemes
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience in a property administration position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team
