We are seeking an experienced Excavation Specialist to join our team on a long-term project in Leiston.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating 360 Excavators, with a minimum of 3 years' experience on civil engineering sites.

You will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently and safely operating a 360 Excavator to carry out a range of duties on-site.
  • Working effectively with site teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Carrying out routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure it remains in good working order.
  • Following instructions from site supervisors and managers to ensure compliance with site rules and regulations.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the project's quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold CPCS or NPORS certification for 360 Excavator operation, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to training and development opportunities.
