Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling stock effectively, and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Manage stock effectively, maintaining high standards of back-of-house organization
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Be a role model for our brand, maintaining high standards of personal presentation
  • Maintain store visual standards, ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment
Requirements
  • Embody the Kurt Geiger DNA, being Captivating, Engaging, Passionate, Driven, and On Brand
  • Have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong customer service background
  • Be a customer service ambassador, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
