As an Electro-Mechanical Engineer, you will provide technical guidance and direction to technical team members throughout all phases of the product development process. You will ensure that all functional and non-functional performance requirements are met and that design solutions are robust and cost-effective.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and review mechanical design solutions to ensure delivered systems meet customers' needs and expectations
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to technical team members throughout all phases of the product development process
  • Ensure that all functional and non-functional performance requirements are met and that design solutions are robust and cost-effective


Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience in Electro-Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong Knowledge of CAD and Other Related Software-Aided Design Tools
  • Experience with 2D and 3D Optical and Laser-Based Vision Systems
  • Experience with Robots and Robot Control Systems (FANUC & KUKA Preferable)
  • Previous Experience Delivering Statistical Analysis of Experimental, Test, and Quality Data
  • Proven Ability to Conceive and Develop Innovative Solutions
  • A Degree in Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the Automotive or Aerospace Sectors
  • Prior Experience with Electro-Mechanical Power, Torque & Efficiency Calculations
  • Experience Managing Pneumatic Actuation and Controls
  • A Track Record of New Product Introduction (NPI) Methods and Practices
  • Bills of Material Structure & Creation
