Job Title: Occupational Therapist Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and management, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality services.

About the Role

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of Occupational Therapists, providing clinical leadership and guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients. The role will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and providing support and guidance to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality services to patients
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to patients
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the Occupational Therapy team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in rehabilitation and management
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of national policies and guidelines relevant to occupational therapy
