This leadership position is ideal for a leader passionate about maternal and newborn health, looking to build on current leadership experience.

The successful candidate will be innovative and visionary, focused on building a cohesive, patient-centred care team.

Key responsibilities include managing inpatient maternity services, leading and supervising staff, coordinating clinical activities, overseeing finances, and promoting ongoing quality improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Maternity Unit and previous management experience.

They will also possess exceptional communication skills, be adaptable to change, and committed to quality patient care and outcomes.
