We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group in Nottingham. As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and performing intricate mechanical work across our two Pizza sites, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturer, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in planned maintenance. You will be working closely with our production team to identify and address any mechanical issues that may arise during production. Your strong mechanical background and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planned maintenance and has worked in the food production industry. We are looking for someone who can be flexible, has a 'can-do' attitude, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fixing rollers, small gearboxes, and small motors
  • Planning maintenance work for the weekend shifts on Monday and Tuesday
  • Supporting with machinery breakdowns as needed

You will be working across the two Pizza sites in Nottingham, which are located just 1.5 miles apart. One site is the Pizza Bakery, while the other is the Pizza Toppings site. As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that both sites operate smoothly and efficiently.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
