About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Enterprise Marketing Director to join our team at Trustpilot, Inc. in London.

As a key member of our Regional Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Enterprise marketing strategy that drives growth, revenue, and customer acquisition in the UK market.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will lead and develop our Enterprise marketing strategy, working closely with the Marketing Director and other stakeholders across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an 'always-on' multi-channel Enterprise strategy with a clear focus on brand positioning, growth, and ROI across acquisition and retention.
  • Partner with Enterprise Commercial functions to align on goals and maximise the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Represent the UK market in developing the value proposition, E2E customer experience, and growth levers with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and execute B2B campaigns with demonstrable strong ROI.
  • Continually focus on customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions to improve business performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, specialising in Enterprise marketing spanning demand generation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to operate in a high-performance, commercial environment and endeavour to continuously learn and improve.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital platforms.

  • A competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
