Transport Administrator Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Logic Resourcing Group. As a key member of our transport department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transport manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the transport manager in completing administrative tasks, including adding new jobs to the system, collating paperwork, and communicating with drivers and clients
* Provide support in the yard as required by operations, including general office administration duties
* Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to support the transport manager in making informed decisions

**Requirements**

* Previous administrative experience, preferably in a transport or logistics environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office
