We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our warehouse team as a Service Delivery Operative. Responsibilities

  • Track, check, and protect customer information at all times, ensuring the safe and careful physical and mechanical handling of customer records.
  • Complete relevant paperwork as required and follow documented processes in the procedure's manual to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Correctly use the O'Neil Records Management system to ensure records are picked, handled, and stored appropriately.
  • Record incoming boxes, files, and documents and store them in the correct warehouse location.
  • Retrieve customer boxes, files, and documents in preparation for dispatch or destruction and place them in the correct warehouse location while accurately recording all movements.
