An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant


We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to providing person-centred care. You will need to be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour (mon-fri) and £12.57 at weekends, plus mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with medication administration and monitoring
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as mobility and transfers
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress
