About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Governance Analyst to join our Governance and Reporting team within Put Right & Stop Happening. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of remediation programs by providing governance advice and support to Delivery Managers and Delivery Leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end governance advice and support to Delivery Managers and Delivery Leads.
  • Support the delivery of the Remediation CoE and Society's strategic objectives.
  • Identify, log, and articulate risks and issues, and escalate where required.
  • Establish and create content for governance forums, ensuring standards fit for purpose.
  • Manage relevant governance repositories and project mailboxes.
  • Work with risk and policy stakeholders to identify society attestations and progress returns.
Requirements
  • Proven project management experience, ideally within a financial services institution.
  • Experience in following a governance framework through a project lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify, log, and articulate risks and issues, and escalate where required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of creating program plans and identifying risks, slippages, and associated impacts.
  • People management experience of several staff at one time.
