Restaurant Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Management Professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering and service operations for Defence. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service, while maintaining a positive brand image and exceeding customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and be able to motivate and train teams. They will also have strong communication skills, be able to represent Compass Group UK&I, and maintain a culture that respects and celebrates individuality.
