Paediatric Nurse Opportunity with Thornbury Community Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Paediatric Nurse with complex care experience, you will have the opportunity to work with a young girl with a diagnosis of CCHS and Hirschsprung's Disease, providing bespoke care and support to enable her to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality care to a 2-and-a-half-year-old girl with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support
  • Participate in shadow shifts to ensure a smooth transition and feel comfortable in the role

Requirements
