EYFS Phase Leader Role Overview

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced classroom practitioner with a proven track record of delivering outstanding EYFS provision in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Early Years phase, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the age range.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve pupil outcomes and achievement.
  • Coach and mentor staff within the phase to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding EYFS provision.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to promote whole-school excellence and drive school improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and policies.
