## Job Title: Barista
## Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Bartlett Mitchell. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and providing excellent customer service.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to a high standard
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving any issues promptly
* Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
