About the Role:


We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager who will be commercially driven and marketing savvy, with the ability to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. You will support and step into the Store Manager's shoes when needed, driving sales growth and store efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Supporting the Store Manager in setting up and managing exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability
  • Developing individual sales teams through coaching and mentoring, focusing on customer service and commercial acumen
  • Creatively promoting Joules products and services to ensure consistent sales performance
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales data and customer feedback to inform future business decisions


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role
  • Demonstrable experience of working to KPIs and targets
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to develop high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to think creatively and stay up-to-date with market trends
