Job Description

Welding and Fabrication Trainer (No Training Experience Required)

We are seeking a qualified Welder and Fabricator to join our team as a Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions and lectures to apprentices, helping to improve and develop the learning and training materials, and inspiring apprentices to fulfill their potential and develop the skills to become qualified Welders and Fabricators.

The ideal candidate will have a solid level of industry experience and a strong background in Welding and Fabrication. They will be willing to work towards becoming a Trainer and have a passion for teaching and mentoring.

The Role:

  • Delivering training sessions and lectures to apprentices
  • Full teacher training provided
  • Helping to improve and develop the learning and training materials

The Person:

  • Welding and Fabrication qualification
  • Strong industry background
  • Willing to work towards becoming a Trainer
