About This Role

As a Retail Team Leader with EG On The Move, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in managing store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • To provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
