We are seeking a Teaching and Learning Mentor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young people and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor students with complex needs in their academic and personal growth
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the needs of each student
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to education
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science at C or above
- Experience working with young people, ideally with SEN or SEMH
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
