Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the design and execution of automated diagnostic test plans in the new MLOps framework to ensure that our services meet the highest quality standards and business requirements. This position requires excellent technical skills, a high degree of problem-solving skills, and a passion for exploring and implementing new technology and processes to improve the QA framework.

Key Responsibilities

Test Framework and Communication

• Maintain and enhance the MLOps testing framework to increase product quality and team performance.

• Suggest improvements to process workflows to optimize testing efficiency.

• Keep stakeholders updated on testing status and progress through regular reporting.

• Manage product requirements, technical execution plans, and testing objectives to ensure successful project outcomes.

Test Planning and Execution

• Lead test planning activities to ensure thorough and efficient testing methodologies.

• Develop and modify test cases, test data, and automated test scripts to support seamless testing operations.

• Analyze new feature performance against established baselines to ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Manage and coordinate testing processes to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

• Document defects and resolutions effectively to facilitate knowledge sharing and improvement.

• Collaborate with QA engineers and project leads to drive testing excellence and innovation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of software testing experience, with a proven track record of leading small teams and driving MLOps frameworks and concepts forward. A thorough understanding of quality assurance with APIs, experience testing APIs and using test automation resources, and strong SQL and Python skills are essential. Experience with Azure Portal, Function Apps, Databricks, JIRA, HP ALM, HP LoadRunner, Selenium, ReadyAPI, and SOAP UI is highly desirable.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
